You can limit/select the available methods that users have to choose from for verifying their identity and completing the multi-factor authentication handshake (SETTINGS > Security Policies > User Auth - Multi-Factor Authentication).

  • Authenticator App. User is required to have a secure mobile device. Secure device is paired with MOVEit Transfer account by way of a shared Quick Response (QR) code or text key.
  • Email. MOVEit Transfer shares a verification code with the end-user by way of the user's configured email account.
