What is an Authenticator App?
Authenticator apps are third-party applications (non-MOVEit) and available from the app store associated with your particular mobile device. For example, Android OS users can find authenticator apps at Google Play. Apple (iOS) device users can find authenticator apps at the App Store. A few popular authenticator apps found in these app stores, for example, are Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Authy.
Supported Mobile Device Authenticator Apps
MOVEit Transfer works with authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator, Authy, and Microsoft Authenticator. Authenticator Apps are available from the app store associated with your mobile device, including iTunes and Google Play.
