To access System Settings: From the top menu bar, click Settings and make a selection.

The available options depend on your user permissions and the state of communication between MOVEit Automation Admin and MOVEit Automation .

Selections on the Settings menu:

  • System Settings - Settings for logs (Debug, Audit, Windows Event, and ASx Logs), polling intervals, task runs, and tamper detection. For more information, see System Settings.
  • Permissions (Enterprise only) - Set task group permissions for Windows user groups. For more information, see Access Control.
  • Date Lists - Create and edit date lists used in task schedules. For more information, see Date Lists.
  • Task Groups - Create, edit, and populate task groups. For more information, see Task Groups.
  • Certs/Keys
    • SSL Client Certificates - Add and remove SSL client certificates, view the information for existing certificates. For more information, see SSL Client Certificates.
    • SSH Public Keys - Add, edit, and remove SSH client keys, and view information for existing keys. For more information, see Importing Existing SSH Keys.
    • PGP Keys - Add, export, and remove PGP keys. For more information, see Managing PGP Keys.
  • Global Task Parameters - Configure parameters that are common to all tasks. For more information, see Task Information.
