Purpose

Specifies the host name of the client machine to be stored in the database. This property sets the CURRENT CLIENT_WRKSTNNAME register (DB2 for Linux/UNIX/Windows) or CLIENT WRKSTNNAME register (DB2 for z/OS and DB2 for i) in the database. This value is used for database administration/monitoring purposes.
