Semaphore 5.8

A major functional release of Semaphore including:

• Enhancements to Studio including the ability to add metadata to concept-to-concept relationshsips. architectural changes to underlying application,
• The introduction of the Concepts Server - a Marklogic DB backed high availablity, read-only version of the model with a simple REST, and graphql interface.
• Alerting functionality added - users can now be alerted on model publication
• More side panel functionality
• A range of technical upgrades, user enhancements and bug fixes
