  • FOLDERS. Folders and files you have access to.
  • PACKAGES. Ad Hoc correspondence (person-to-person file and message tables).
  • CONTACTS. Users you can send packages to.
  • LOGS. Logged activity.
Note: Your user, role, and organizational settings determine the features available to you when you sign-on.
Important: Org policy and org licensing controls which feature controls will be available to your user account. This section demonstrates WebUI feature controls for a registered (regular) user with full upload, download, and Ad Hoc ("package send, request, and view") capabilities.

Top Banner

  • Skip Repetitive Navigation. An optional link that allows users of screen reader software to skip past the common top and side links to go to the page content.
  • Organization Message. A message defined by your MOVEit Transfer administrator.
  • MY ACCOUNT. Click to in order to:
    • View your account expiration details.
    • Change your password, language, and package delivery options.
  • SIGN OUT. Sign out of the MOVEit Transfer Web UI.
  • HELP. Click to access a link to the online manual, tech support contact information, and information about your current environment.

Navigation pane. Areas to which you have access are listed. Click an item to go to the page.

Welcome message. Displays when a user signs on.

Announcement. Some organizations post an announcement for all users. Any group announcements also appear here. The time and the name of the sender or group appear below the announcement content.

Search.

Upload Files. Launches the default uploader.

Send Files. Opens the New Package page.

Request Files. Send a secure message to enable users to upload/transfer files to MOVEit Transfer.

Contacts. A list of users you can share packages with. For more information, seeWork with Packages.

New Messages/New Files. Lists secure messages or files you have received but not viewed.

(You can Mark All Packages Not New to prevent them from appearing in the New Packages list.)
