Top Calls report reveals the top n Voice over IP (VoIP) calls based on either quality of service statistics or duration.
Understand column data
The default view of each report contains a grid with the following columns:
- Source IP. IP address of calling application.
- Source #. Source number for the public switched telephone network.
- Destination #. Destination number for the public switched telephone network.
- Destination IP. Destination IP address.
- Start Time. Date and time of call connect time.
- End Time. Date and time connection terminated.
- Duration. Call duration.
- MOS. Mean opinion score of quality. Number between 1 and 5, where 5 indicates a voice signal that is a perfect signal.
- Source to Dest Jitter. One-way variance in packet delay from caller (source) to destination.
- Dest to Source Jitter. One-way variance in packet delay from destination to caller.
- Latency. Round trip packet delay.
- Packet Loss %. Percent of packets lost or late beyond a useful threshold and considered lost.
Generate a report
Choose Device.
Choose one or more host devices you want WUG17.0N-EMBEDDED-REPORT-4C-BASE-VOIP measurements for.
Choose time constraints. (

) Choose times for the WUG17.0N-EMBEDDED-REPORT-4C-BASE-VOIP. (For recently observed measurements, select Last Polled from the Date Range
drop down list.)
Filter and reduce by row and by column.
Sort and remove columns, group rows based on specific column values, and remove unwanted information from the table.
Chart, adjust output, and visualize.
Fine tune report presentation and range of values displayed using the Report Settings
dialog (optional).

Export report data
Report data can be exported from WhatsUp Gold, reused, and distributed in multiple formats. Select Expand (
) from the Dashboard Options (
) menu. After the report has been expanded,
select the Export Data icon to access the following options:- HTML. Generate and download a .htm file presenting your report data as it appears in the WhatsUp Gold user interface.
- Excel. Generate and download a .xml spreadsheet containing your report data.
- CSV. Generate and download a .csv file containing your report data.
- Text. Generate and download a .txt file containing your report data.
- Schedule Export. Set a recurring date and time, format, and email destination for report data export.
