To add or edit a recurring action:

  1. Select Scheduling Activities > Recurring Actions from the SETTINGS main menu. This launches the Recurring Actions library.
  2. Click the Add icon. This launches the Add Recurring Action dialog.
  3. Enter a Name for your new recurring action.
  4. Select an action from the drop-down menu provided.
  5. Use the applicable toggle to enable the recurring action.
  6. Use the Recurring Schedule controls provided to set how often the selected action should be triggered. Please note, the controls displayed used to refine your schedule will depend on your initial selection of Monthly, Weekly, or Custom.
  7. If you would like to apply a Blackout Schedule to your recurring action, click the Add icon to launch the applicable dialog, then use the controls provided to specify when the action should not be triggered. Click OK when finished to return to the Add Recurring Action dialog.
  8. Click Save.
