Forward compatibility of exported configuration is guaranteed throughout all releases with the same major version number. Between major versions, the last stable release of the previous major version is guaranteed to export configuration that is compatible with the next major version.
Example: For Flowmon Packet Investigator 11 releases, configuration export from any 11.0.x release is compatible with any 11.1.y release. For upgrades between major versions, configuration exported from the last 11.1.x release will be compatible with the first 12.0.y release.
Fixed defects
The Flowmon Packet Investigator Probe is now compatible with Flowmon Probe 200000 Pro appliances.
Known issues
- NTP traffic analysis can report false positive events with incorrect server time settings. This issue will be resolved in upcoming bugfix releases.
