When you are in an isolated network, use a workstation with internet access within your organization and go to https://licensing.kemp.ax/offline. Complete the form with the requested information, because (in this case) it will not be pre-populated.

  1. Select Licensing as the action.
  2. Select the relevant platform type.
  3. Select Update a license as the action.
  4. Select the hypervisor type, if relevant.
  5. Enter the Serial number of the MOVEit WAF machine. This is displayed on the MOVEit WAF home page.
  6. Enter the Product access code. This is displayed on the MOVEit WAF Offline Licensing page (in System Configuration > System Administration > License Management.
  7. Select the Firmware version. This is displayed in the top-right of the MOVEit WAF User Interface (UI).
  8. Enter the Progress ID. This is the email address used when initially registering for a Progress ID.
  9. Enter the Password of the account.
  10. Click GENERATE LICENSE.
  11. A page displays the license text. Click the here link to copy the license text. Go back to the MOVEit WAF UI.

  12. Paste the license into the License text area and click Apply License.
  13. Click OK.

MOVEit WAF is now fully installed and ready to be configured. You may need to reboot MOVEit WAF before you can see all features applied by the license.
