Changing the Progress ID Associated with the License

If the email address associated with MOVEit WAF needs to be changed, create a new Progress ID (https://secure.progress.com/profile/opn/registerUid) with the new email address and update the license using the new Progress ID (go to System Configuration > System Administration > License Management in the MOVEit WAF Web User Interface (WUI)).
Only a single Progress ID can be associated with the license. If you want a group to be associated with the Progress ID, then create a Progress ID that uses a group email address.
You can either use the online or offline method to update the license. Refer to the relevant section below for more details.
Note: Both the old
and the new Progress ID email addresses will receive an email notifying that the ownership
has changed.
