  1. Confirm files in server/prompts/ and server/context/ match the backup.
  2. Confirm prompts/list returns all expected prompts.
  3. Confirm prompts/get returns the correct prompt content.
  4. Confirm tools/list includes expected global-context text in tool descriptions.
