To recall a package that you sent so it is no longer available to the recipients:

  1. In the left navigation pane, click PACKAGES.
  2. Go to your Sent mailbox. Click the package name to open the package.
  3. In the package header, click Recall.
  4. Confirm your selection.

    The recalled package is removed from the MOVEit server and will no longer be available for download by the recipients.

Recalled packages remain in your Sent mailbox where they can be viewed, deleted, or resent with edits.

Note: Recalling a package has no effect on package quotas, so the action cannot be used to recover quota.
