Note:
In
MOVEit Automation releases prior to 9.0, this feature was known as Script Behaves as a Destination.
MOVEit Automation does not download a file if a previous run has already sent it to all destinations. As a result, if there are no destinations, the file is considered as having been sent to all destinations. If a task has no destinations, but has processes, and one of the processes fails, downloaded files are not downloaded again the next time the task runs.
Use this feature when a process must complete successfully before a file is considered fully processed. Treating the process as a destination allows transfer exception settings to be applied if the process fails, enabling the file to be retried or reprocessed as appropriate.
