The Quick Stats feature provides administrators with a high-level overview of MOVEit Automation activity over the past 30 days.

Quick Stats displays summary information derived from the same data sources and filters used by the reporting pages, allowing administrators to quickly review system activity without opening individual reports.

The Quick Stats dialog includes the following metrics:

Metric

Description

Tasks run

Total number of task runs.

Total data transferred

Total volume of uploaded and downloaded data.

Files uploaded

Total number of file upload activities recorded in the File Activity report.

Files downloaded

Total number of file download activities recorded in the File Activity report.

Other file/process actions

Total number of other file and process-related activities recorded in the File Activity report. “Internal” activities are excluded from this count.

Audit table entries

Total number of audit records matching the selected filters.

Quick Stats uses the same filtering criteria as the reporting pages. The displayed values are automatically updated when report filters are changed.

If no matching activity exists for a metric within the selected date range, the value is displayed as 0.

This feature is accessible via a new Help menu option (HELP > Quick Stats), and is available only to administrative users.
