MOVEit Automation can connect to a host system through a proxy server. A proxy server enables applications to communicate transparently across a firewall. The proxy server connects to the host on behalf of MOVEit Automation and relays data between the session and the host system.

The Proxy Server type is dependant on the selected Host type.
