Hot

The following group parameters are hot:

> group name

> system log level

> file log level

> rotate log files

> keep log files

> namespaces

> schemas

The following group parameters are cold for the hosts in the group:

> list cache size

> compressed tree cache size

> expanded tree cache size

Adding and dropping hosts from groups is cold for that host.
