Connection String Option Descriptions

The connection string options for the ADO.NET data providers and Entity Framework data providers are for the most part the same. A few connection string options are not supported in the ADO.NET Entity Framework. However, the functionality is provided a different way. See the "Implementation Differences for the Entity Framework Data Provider" section for the data provider for more information.
