Uninstall the existing Semaphore components

To uninstall Semaphore components, open the Programs and Features tool in the Windows Control Panel. Select a Semaphore component you want to remove from the pane, then click Uninstall. Repeat this process for all the components you need to remove. Note that all the names for Semaphore components begin with Semaphore. You can remove the components in any order.

A few notes about this process:

• We strongly encourage you to create back-up copies of your directories. This will allow you to recover your environment if necessary.

• Uninstalling the applications does not remove any global licence keys that have been installed.
