By default, global Server Network Address Translation (SNAT) is enabled in the LoadMaster settings. Progress Kemp recommends disabling SNAT globally when using the LoadMaster with a Lync 2010 environment. To disable SNAT globally, follow the steps below:

  1. In the main menu, select System Configuration.
  2. Select Miscellaneous Options.
  3. Select Network Options.

  4. Remove the check from the Enable Server NAT check box.
