Changing Data Source Directories

The Configuration Manager displays the ADO data sources contained in the current directory, which is displayed in the Data Source Directory field. The first time you start the Configuration Manager, the current directory defaults to the ADO Client installation directory.

To change the current directory:

1. Click the Change button next to the Data Source Directory field. The Browse For Folder dialog box appears.
2. Do one of the following actions:
   • If you want to use an existing directory, navigate to the directory that you want to use, and click OK.
   • If you want to create a new directory, click the Make New Folder button. The Browse For Folder dialog box appears. Type the name of the new directory; then, click OK.
3. Check the Data Source Directory field to make sure that the directory name is correct.
