1. EDC-enabled decision services are not supported on Wildfly

2. Swagger is not supported on Websphere and WebLogic

Corticon Server .NET supports the latest officially supported versions of the following Microsoft IIS application servers:

Progress recommends you always use vendor-supported versions of application servers. This is critical for ensuring the security and availability of your mission-critical IT systems and data.

Progress understands that you may have business reasons to continue with a vendor-unsupported application server version. While Progress Corticon may continue to work with such older versions of application servers, Progress does not guarantee the knowledge, skills, and environments required to troubleshoot and resolve issues against these vendor-unsupported application server versions. Progress will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve issues and respond to questions about such configurations provided the customer has active maintenance and support services in place.

Datasources

Progress recommends you always use vendor-supported versions of data sources. This is critical for ensuring the security and availability of your mission-critical IT systems and data.

Progress understands that you may have business reasons to continue with a vendor-unsupported data source version. While Progress Corticon may continue to work with such older versions of data sources, Progress does not guarantee the knowledge, skills, and environments required to troubleshoot and resolve issues against these vendor-unsupported data source versions. Progress will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve issues and respond to questions about such configurations provided the customer has active maintenance and support services in place.

Java

Corticon Studio and Corticon Server bundle OpenJDK 11.

Corticon Server supports the following Java distributions:

1. For use with IBM WebSphere

.NET Prerequisites

Corticon Server .NET requires:

• Visual Code C++ Redistributable2015-22 (x64) (1)
• .NET Framework runtime 4.8 or higher (2)

1. Corticon bundles OpenJDK 11 which requires mscvr140.dll. This is available with Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-22 (x64). Download available from Microsoft.
2. Corticon sample .NET in-process projects require the .NET Framework. The .NET Framework is by default preinstalled with all supported Windows versions and can be downloaded from Microsoft.

Eclipse

Corticon Studio bundles Eclipse 4.9. Corticon Studio plugins may be installed into the following 64-bit Eclipse versions:

• Safari

Cloud and Virtualization Support Policy

Unless explicitly stated, Progress supports Corticon on Operating Systems listed in this document, irrespective of any given cloud or virtualization technology. In case of any issue, the same problem should be reproducible on a standard OS installation to get support in line with the customer’s support agreement, i.e., you must ensure that changes/customization of the cloud virtualization platform isn’t causing the issue.
