Database utilities and servers, and non-networked
self-service clients indicate that they require a prompt for key
store authentication by adding Prompt for Passphrase (-Passphrase)
to the command line. Prompt for Passphrase (-Passphrase)
prompts for the key store passphrase. If you cannot successfully
authenticate the key store, you can not open the database.
