Use Diagnostic directory (-diagDir) to
specify the directory where the diagnostic tracking log file is written and subdirectories
for each diagnostic event are created.

- dirname
- A fully-qualified directory specification. The directory name can be a maximum of 255 bytes.
If you do not specify a directory with -diagDir, the
database directory is used.
To change this parameter while the database is running, use PROMON or the _DbParams VST.
