To delete a column from a table:

  1. Select one or more column names from the OpenEdge DB Structure view.
  2. Right-click, and choose Drop Column from the context menu. A confirmation dialog prompts you to confirm the deletion. If you are connected to an OpenEdge database, Drop Column is also available on the OpenEdge Columns tab of the OpenEdge DB Details view.
    Note: To delete multiple columns simultaneously, select more than one column in the DB Structure view, then right-click and select Drop Column from the context menu.
