To display current database session information, choose . The Session Information dialog box appears, which contains information such as how many databases are connected, the physical and logical names of the working database, the database type and version, whether 64-bit sequences and large key entries are enabled for the currently selected database.
The Session Information dialog box also displays whether features such as Multi-tenancy, Table Partitioning, and Change Data Capture are enabled for the selected database. OpenEdge and Operating System information, Environment and startup parameters, PROPATH values, and screen information is also displayed. (You might need to scroll down to see all the information.)
If default storage areas are defined for new object creation, the Session Information dialog box also displays them. The following example shows the default areas for creating tables, indexes, and LOBs.
