To leverage these new capabilities:

  • Access WhatsUp Gold 360. Launch and sign in to WhatsUp Gold 360.
  • Set Up the Cloud Connector. Follow our setup guide to install and configure the Cloud Connector in your environment. This enables internet connection monitoring and heartbeat functionality.
  • Configure your Communications Channels. Add your email and/or SMS delivery rules. This notifies you when your Cloud Connector’s heartbeat is missing.
  • Update Your Software. Ensure your on-premises WhatsUp Gold servers are updated to the latest version to be compatible with WhatsUp Gold 360.
  • Configure Device Sync (Beta). Add your WhatsUp Gold servers to WhatsUp Gold 360 and initiate data synchronization to access your monitoring data from anywhere. Join our Customer Validation Program (CVP) to access early beta features.
