The Credentials report presents a complete list of monitored devices along with the names and types of each credential(s) applied.

Understand column data

The default view of each report contains a grid with the following columns:

  • Device. The name assigned to the device during discovery or subequently configured by the user in Device Properties.
  • Credential Name. The name given to the credential in the Credentials Library.
  • Credential Type. The type of credential applied to the device.

From this view, you have the ability to filter the report by device, device group, and/or credential name using the applicable drop-down menus at the upper-left of the user interface. You can also filter the report to display credential information for a specific device using the (…) icon to the left of the device name within the report. This icon also provides device-specific options for launching Device Properties and unassigning the individual credential displayed.
