Obtain your hardware ID

To obtain your hardware ID:

1. Log into your Flowmon virtual machine.
2. Click the Configuration Center icon.
3. Click the License tab at the left side of the user interface.
4. Copy the key displayed under Device HWID.
5. Send an email containing the hardware ID to: flowmon-production-team@progress.com.
