How to Delete a Model

Explanation

This article explains how to delete a model in Knowledge Model Management.

Deleting models is a good way to manage models that are no longer in use or are unnecessary. It also helps free up disk space.

Assumptions

• You have an existing model.
• You have the MANAGER role for the model

Method

1. Select and open the model you wish to delete (in this example, Test Model).
   
2. There are two ways to delete a model.
   • Option 1 – Click the Delete Model link on the left side of the screen.
     
   • Option 2 – Open the master model, click Master on the menu bar, and then click Delete Model in the drop-down list.
     
3. A confirmation box will appear. Click Yes to delete.
   

Outcome

You will see a confirmation message that your model has been deleted.
