You can remove PAS for OpenEdge from a Windows system using the dedicated uninstaller provided with the installation. The uninstall process is guided by a wizard-based interface. Before initiating the uninstallation, ensure that all running PAS for OpenEdge instances are stopped to prevent any file-lock issues or incomplete removal.

To uninstall PAS for OpenEdge:
  1. Click the Start menu and navigate to PAS > Uninstall PASOE.
  2. Click Uninstall PASOE to launch the uninstaller. The Uninstall PASOE wizard appears.
  3. Click Uninstall. A confirmation dialog box appears.

    Click OK to proceed. Once all components are removed, you get the confirmation message.

  4. Click Done to close the wizard.
