The means by which domains are used to seal and validate client-principal objects has been updated in OpenEdge 12. As a result, any static client-principal objects that were sealed by an ABL application in a version of OpenEdge prior to Release 12 cannot be validated in OpenEdge 12. Any client principal used in OpenEdge 12 can be used for identity or validated as your identity in OpenEdge 12 only if it was sealed by an OpenEdge 12 domain.
