Audit Logs

Logs are retained online for a finite number of days before being purged. By default this value is 30 days. If this value is set to 0 days, online log entries are not purged.

To archive old log entries as an XML document before deletion, check Archive old log entries to /Archive/Logs before deleting.

File Aging Alerts and Notifications

Org admin users are alerted when their org's file storage limits approach or exceed the specified storage limit for the org.
Note: To track ongoing trends of file size and aging, you can also use reporting and maintenance features built into MOVEit Transfer. For details, see the topic titled Work With File Aging Notifications.
