As a guest user recipient, you receive a new package notification email. The email contains a link to MOVEit Transfer.

You also receive a password, either in the new package notification email, or in a separate email.

To sign on as a guest:

  1. In the email, click the link to MOVEit Transfer, or copy the link and paste it into your browser.

    The Sign-on page opens. The Username field contains your email address.

  2. In the Password field, type the password that was sent to you either in the package notification email, or in a separate notification email.
  3. Click Sign On.
  4. The Packages from [sender] page opens. Go to View Packages.
