- View a package, then click Reply (or Reply All if available).
The Send a package page opens, with the original sender named at the
top.
- Review the information, and optionally, enter your own Message Body.
- Subject field shows the original subject preceded by "Re:".
- Message Body field shows the text message from the original package, with each line marked with the > character. You can add a note for the original sender.
If your organization allows it, an HTML rich text editor is available to users of Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Mozilla browsers with JavaScript enabled. You can change the font, size, alignment, and color of the note content, format lists, and include links.
You might also have a Check Spelling button available.
- Optionally add files. Drag and drop or browse for files. For
example:

- Select options for this package. These options might include any of the following fields:
- Secure the Message Body. When selected, message body text is handled securely, excluding it from the notification email.
- Delivery Receipt(s). You receive a notification email when each recipient reads the package, and when a recipient downloads a file.
- Prevent "Reply All". Prevents recipients from selecting Reply All to the package.
- Prevent all replies. Prevents recipients from replying to the package.
- Limit downloads to nn per file. Maximum number (nn) of times a recipient can download a given transferred file. Specify a number.
- Package will expire after nn days. Number
(nn) of days that the package is available to recipients.
If an option has been locked by the administrator, the value appears, but you cannot change it.
- Classification. Business impact or information security markings appropriate for the correspondence in this package and message. (If configured and made available by your administrator.)
- Click Send.
A package notification email is sent to the original sender.
