Corticon Studio requires a valid license. That means that it has a path and file name it can access. The file is best as a local file so that routine reading of the license is not constrained.
Using an alternate location and name for the Studio's license file
You can choose to point Corticon Studio to a preferred location or name of the brms.properties file.
To set an alternate location of the license file in Studio:
- Once you are issued a license, save the file in a local access folder, such
as
C:\licenses. - In Studio, choose Window > Preferences, and then
choose Progress Corticon:

If you chose to select a license file during installation, the file path and name are shown as well as its information. If you want to apply a different license, browse to the license file you prefer. After editing and saving your preferences file, click Apply and Close. The license is applied immediately.
