No matter how careful you are when modeling business rules, errors and issues can occasionally occur. The Corticon AI Assistant is designed to help you quickly identify, understand, and resolve these problems, making your rule modeling more efficient and less stressful.
How it works:
-
If your rulesheet contains errors, you can use the “Assist with errors” prompt found in the AI Assistant panel.
-
The Assistant will analyze the rulesheet and provide detailed explanations of each error, along with clear, actionable suggestions for how to fix them.
-
This helps both new and experienced users understand not just what is wrong, but also why it’s happening and how to correct it.
Steps for fixing errors:
- Open the rulesheet that has errors or issues.
- In the AI Assistant panel, select or type the “Assist with errors” prompt.

- Click Send. The Assistant will review your rulesheet, identify errors, and display a list of issues.
- Review the Assistant’s explanations and recommended fixes.

- Apply the suggested changes to your rulesheet as needed.
What the Assistant provides:
-
A list of detected errors, warnings, or conflicts.
-
Explanations for each issue in clear, business-friendly language.
-
Specific guidance or steps to resolve each error.
Best practices:
-
After making corrections, test your rulesheet to ensure all issues have been resolved.
-
Remember to review and test your rules after any fixes to confirm that your business logic still behaves as intended.
