Installing the Publisher plugin module

From version 5.6.0, the Publisher Plugin is no longer supplied as a separate component. When Semaphore Studio is installed, the Publishing functionality will be present, no further installation is required.

The stand-alone Publisher is still provided as a separate application, but this is recommended only for when Publishing from KMM is not possible either manually or using the KMM API.
