Process monitor determines if a process is running and issues state changes for the device, as needed.

  1. Select either WMI or SNMP as the Protocol to use to connect to the selected device.
  2. Click Browse to launch the Process Selection dialog.
  3. Browse to and select a target device, then select the process to monitor.
  4. Click Save to return to the monitor configuration dialog.
  5. Specify if the selected process is either running or not loaded for the monitor to report a Down status.
  6. Click Save.

You can also set the timeout and number of retries as well as enable Use in Rescan, if desired.
