View Folders view with thumbnails

  1. Open a folder in Folders view.
  2. Ensure you have permissions to view files in this folder as thumbnails:
    • If no Thumbnail File List button displays, either account or site policy does not allow thumbnails. (These instructions will not work for your folder.)
    • If a Thumbnail File List button displays after the files table, click to switch to a thumbnail view of the folder's contents.
  3. Click the Thumbnail File List button, the files are displayed in thumbnail view.

    Under each thumbnail, the name of the file displays along with two links:

    • Open shows the normal file view.
    • View Full Size downloads the complete file and renders it in the browser.

Return to Folders list View

To return to Folders list view, click Return to Normal View.

The text-only file list displays.
