To see who has read a package that you have sent:

  1. Click PACKAGES. Go to your Sent mailbox. Click the package name to open it.
  2. In the package header, look for Read Status.

Click to open the Package Recipient List, which shows all recipients of the package, including members of groups marked as Expansion Allowed in the sender's address book, and their read status.

Note: The list does not include users who have shared access to the recipient's mailbox
