REST Management APIs

These REST Management endpoints provide useful information and functionality during rolling upgrades:

• GET /manage/v2/properties: returns the effective version.

• GET /manage/v2/hosts?view=status: returns the version and the effective version.

• GET /manage/v2/hosts/{id|name}?view=status: returns the version and the effective version.
