Follow the steps in the sub-sections below to back up and update the software.
Note: You will experience issues accessing the Connection Manager if you update the firmware from a version below 7.2.60.

Find your currently running Operating System version in the left column in the table below and follow the upgrade path shown in the column on the right to upgrade the OS to a newer version.
