Manage Users view

The Manage Users view provides a list of users with roles and status information for a given tenant. With the appropriate permissions, you can add, update, and delete users using this view.
The Manage Users view is available to users with either set of the following permissions.
- Administrator (12) permission
- WebUI (8) permission, ViewUsers (14) permission, ViewRole (18) permission, and administrative access on the tenant to which the users belong
The following table provides permissions and descriptions for each action in the Manage Users view.

An administrator with administrative access to multiple tenants will have the option of selecting the tenant for which he or she wants to view or manage users. Select the tenant for which you want to view users from the Select Tenant dropdown. |

Create a new user |

To create a new user, click + New User. Define the user with settings under each of the following tabs.

Edit a user |

To edit a user, select a user from the list of users. Then, select Edit from the Actions dropdown. Edit user settings as desired. |

Delete a user |

To delete a user, select the user you want to delete. Then, select Delete from the Actions dropdown. Confirm or cancel the delete operation in the dialog. |

View the data sources owned by a user |

To view the data sources owned by a user, select a user from the list of users. Then, select Data Sources from the Actions dropdown. A list of data sources owned by the user is displayed. |
