The Corticon AI Assistant generates rules using only the entities, attributes, and values defined in your rulesheet’s vocabulary. This means that the Assistant is always aligned with your specific business context, helping to prevent errors and keep rules consistent.
Key points to remember:
-
When you create rules - either from plain text instructions or code snippets - the Assistant relies entirely on the entities, attributes, and associations already present in your vocabulary.
-
If your prompt or code refers to items not found in the vocabulary, the Assistant will either:
-
Use the closest available options, or
-
Notify you that it cannot proceed with the request.
-
Before generating rules, it’s helpful to review your vocabulary so you understand exactly which terms are supported. This makes it easier to phrase your instructions in a way that the Assistant can interpret.
Tips for success:
-
Match your prompts and instructions to the names of entities and attributes as they appear in your vocabulary.
-
Define any new business terms or logic in the vocabulary before attempting to generate rules based on them.
-
If you’re not sure what’s available, you can ask the Assistant to “List all entities in this vocabulary” or “Show the available values for the status attribute.”
By staying within your defined vocabulary, you ensure that all generated rules are compatible with your model and ready to be tested or deployed.
