- By clicking Users on the
menu.
Contains:

Download User List link:
-
Click to download a CSV file containing information like which roles your users are assigned.

You can import this file into any spreadsheet application that can read CSV files.

Invite User link: Click to access the Invite user sidebar, through which you can set up a user and their roles and send them an invitation to join the tenancy.

Create Service Account link: Click to access the Create Service Account sidebar, through which you can set up a service account, its roles, and its API Key.

Users table:

User Name column: Contains the email address through which this user is registered:

When you invite a user, you enter this field on the Invite user sidebar.

When a user registers through the tenancy URL, this field automatically populates from external provider information.

You cannot changed this field.

Display Name column: Contains a meaningful name to associate with this account:

When you invite a user, you enter this field on the Invite user sidebar.

You can change this field through the Edit User sidebar.

First Name column: Contains the user's first name:

When you invite a user, you enter this field on the Invite user sidebar.

When a user registers through the tenancy URL, this field automatically populates from external provider information.

Last Name: Contains the user's last name:

When you invite a user, you enter this field on the Invite user sidebar.

When a user registers through the tenancy URL, this field automatically populates from external provider information.

Last Login: Contains the date and time that this user last logged in. This field automatically populates when the user logs in.

Enabled:
indicates that this account is enabled. You can enable or disable accounts through the Edit User sidebar. -
Admin:
indicates that this account is assigned either the Tenant Administrator or Tenant Co-Administrator role.
indicates that this account is assigned a Progress Data Cloud administrator or manager role.

Registered:
indicates that the user has completed the registration process either by responding to an invitation or by registering through the tenancy URL. -
Service Account:
indicates that this is a service account. You cannot change a service account into a user account or a user account into a service account.

: Click to access the Edit User sidebar. -
Key Icon

Click to manage a service account API Key.

This icon is enabled only for service accounts, which have
in their Service Account column. -
Regular users manage their own API Keys.

Trashcan Icon

Click to delete a user or service account.

Instead of deleting an account, you can disable it through Edit User sidebar.
-
Deleting an account invalidates any session tokens for that account:
- A user account is immediately logged out of the Progress Data Platform Interface.
- Any application running through a user or service account immediately loses access to the APIs.

You must confirm this action.

This icon is disabled for user accounts with
or
in their Admin column. Because these accounts allow tenant administrators (
) and various Progress Data Cloud Service administrators and managers (
) to access the Progress Data Cloud Interface, you cannot delete them. -
This icon is disabled for the account that you are currently using to delete accounts.

Table controls: Sort, filter, search, and otherwise control which parts and in which order the Users table displays.
