Key management

Requires:

• A tenant administrator: For managing service account API Keys. Only a tenant administrator can manage service account API Keys.

• A regular user: For managing their own account API Key. The page is called Manage your API Key, but it works as described here.

Accessed:

• Tenant administrators: By clicking for the service account whose API Key you need to manage from the Users page.
• Regular users: By clicking Manage your API Key from the Account Settings page.

Appears:

• As a collapsible right sidebar.

Contains:

1. Current API Key with its Expiry Date.

2. Generate API Key: click to generate a new API Key.

3. Revoke: click to revoke or invalidate the Current API Key.

   Note:

   Expiration, regeneration, or revocation of the API Key immediately invalidates any bearer tokens or access tokens associated with that API Key.
