The keystore is not backed up as part of an OpenEdge PROBKUP. Therefore, it is crucial that the keystore is backed up every time the database is backed up. However, the keystore backup should not be co-located with the database backup. Informational messages also provide timely reminders to back up your keystore when you perform regular maintenance.
