Bracket-delimited identifiers

OpenAccess SDK supports square bracket-delimited identifiers. Enclosing a name in brackets allows it to:

• Begin with a character other than an alphabetic character, such as a numeric character.
• Contain spaces and any characters other than ’]’ character.
• Be a reserved word.
