Force SQL_DRIVER_NOPROMPT

Description

Allows the application to change the DriverCompletion argument to SQL_DRIVER_NOPROMPT. This option corresponds to an argument of the ODBC SQLDriverConnect call.

If set to 0 or disabled, the workaround is turned off.
